From that understanding I design a personal roadmap, built specifically for you, not adapted from someone else's template. We walk through it together in your kick off session and pick the first practice. Just one. Something real and doable in the context of your actual life.
From there we meet twice a month. Between calls you have WhatsApp access to me for questions, adjustments, and support when life doesn't go to plan, which it won't always. We introduce one new practice every two weeks, building steadily so nothing feels overwhelming and everything has time to stick.
At the end of 6 months, clients who want to continue, and most do, renew for another 3 or 6 months. There is no pressure. No hard sell. If the work is right for you, you'll know.
