You are the one everyone leans on. You keep the household running, the people you love taken care of, the work handled. Your own health is the one thing that quietly slides to the bottom of the list, year after year. And you have been one of the most capable, disciplined people in every other part of your life, so you cannot understand why this one keeps slipping. You blame it on willpower. But you are not broken. You are depleted. There is a difference, and there is a reason.

Somewhere in there, your own health quietly became the thing you kept putting off. Not because you stopped caring. Because there was always something, and someone, that needed you more. See if any of this sounds like your week.
If you recognized yourself in even a few of these, here is what almost no one has told you.
You were never lazy, and you were never undisciplined. Your body has spent years adapting to a load you never got to put down. That is not a willpower problem. It is a recovery problem, and recovery can be rebuilt.
Here's what nobody tells you. Stress doesn't always arrive as a crisis. For most driven women it comes quietly, one layer at a time. A demanding project. A family responsibility. A difficult year. Disrupted sleep. Financial pressure. Each layer felt manageable. So you managed it.
And over months and years, without realising it, your body shifted into a permanent state of high alert.
You don't even call it stress anymore. It's just life.
A short guide for capable, high achieving women who have tried everything and still cannot make it stick. Inside is the quiet shift that finally makes change last.
I have never shared a client's name or story without their explicit permission. I never will. Your privacy is not a feature of this work. It's a foundation of it.
Before becoming a coach I spent 15 years in the corporate world working with companies like Microsoft. I know what that life looks like from the inside. The pressure, the long hours, the travel, the decisions that don't stop.
I grew up in Rajkot, spent 22 years in Bangalore building a career and a life, and recently moved back home. That transition taught me things about stress, identity, and what the body carries that no certification ever could.
I also live that life now. Business, kids, parents, family. The same juggle you're managing every day. I don't live on a gym floor. I don't hand over meal plans across a table. I sit exactly where you sit.
I work privately with a small number of driven women each year. Not as a weight loss coach. Not with programs or quick fixes. But at the intersection of health and life, because in my experience the body and the life are never separate problems.

When I started, I thought I was signing up for help with weight loss and as usual he will come up with diet charts to follow, but what I received was a life-altering experience. Dhaval goes beyond the basics. He takes the time to dig into the "why" behind my choices, helping me understand the habits and mindsets that have held me back. I had struggled with over eating, stress eating, fear from eating vegetables, and many more of such habits for years, but he helped me with all of these one by one like it was so smooth.
What I loved about the program is actually the approach, because for me weight has been a lifelong struggle, and every time I have spoken to any fitness coach or dietician, it's always been about healthy eating and calorie counting and portion size, but that was frankly not how it was here. You just want to be fit, and it's not about looking good or looking slim, it's about wanting to be healthy and fit, as long as possible.
While I was focused to start the program, I was apprehensive about the rigorous path to be taken and the likely outcome. To my surprise it is well designed, easy to adopt, less intensive, with amazing results in a short period of time. Good quality 7 to 8 hours sleep has led to a painless life.
This is an amazing program that offers effective results by adapting simple habits like slow eating, mindful eating, and without sacrificing the food one craves. I have been following the program for the last two months and with mindful and slow eating I have been able to see the changes in my lifestyle. I will take this learning with me for the rest of my life.
Thank you Dhaval for helping me build and grow the healthy mindset which is a must for a healthy body and life, and also helping me learn the skill set, habits and systems around my life for a healthy living and lifestyle.
I have tried being on specific meal plans and high in branded weight loss products. However, I was not able to maintain myself being on a specific diet or a meal plan. I could never stick to one because it was adding more work in my already super busy schedule. It made me feel like a failure when I did not strictly follow the designed meal plan. On top of that, I was consuming more food than my body's needs in order to feel accomplished.

Project Phoenix is a private 6 month engagement for driven women who are ready to stop guessing and start fixing the right thing.
No group programs. No meal plans. No generic advice. Just one person, me, working closely with you to understand what's actually going on and building a plan around your life, not someone else's template.
I work with a small number of clients each year. Not because I can't take more. Because the work requires it.
If you've tried everything and nothing has stuck, this is where that changes.
You've spent years being capable, driven and disciplined in every area of your life. Your health deserves the same quality of attention you give everything else. Not another program. Not another plan that works for two weeks and falls apart. Something built specifically for you, by someone who understands your world from the inside.
