I've spent 10 years figuring out what everyone else missed.

Before becoming a coach I spent 15 years in the corporate world working with companies like Microsoft. I know what that life looks like from the inside. The pressure, the long hours, the travel, the decisions that don't stop.

I grew up in Rajkot, spent 22 years in Bangalore building a career and a life, and recently moved back home. That transition taught me things about stress, identity, and what the body carries that no certification ever could.

I also live that life now. Business, kids, parents, family. The same juggle you're managing every day. I don't live on a gym floor. I don't hand over meal plans across a table. I sit exactly where you sit.

I work privately with a small number of driven women each year. Not as a weight loss coach. Not with programs or quick fixes. But at the intersection of health and life, because in my experience the body and the life are never separate problems.
